All attendees agree to the following conditions by virtue of their attendance at a Magical Market organized event. Violation of the code of conduct may result in individuals being asked to leave the event.

1. Magical Market events are open to the public. Services not authorized to participate as vendors at the event are not to charge for their services while in attendance, however individuals are free to use the picnics as an opportunity to network.
    

2. Consent is paramount at all Magical Market events. Explicit permission must be obtained for photographs and physical contact, and “no” always means “no.” Photographers must ask permission before taking photographs of individuals, and comfort levels must be respected at all times.
    

3. Attendees must respect common sense rules for public behaviour, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
    

4. Vendors are responsible for their own services. Magical Market is not responsible for the pricing, payment, or returns of any product to individual vendors. All pricing inquiries, payment for services or product, and return information is the responsibility of the vendor and customer respectively.
